Paint Party Friday

I have been busy with family things for the past couple of weeks and so I haven't been around hardly and I have missed you all so much ;0) So I thought I would play along with Paint Party Friday I hope you like my canvass this week, I didn't space the lettering out very well but hey what art is perfect (don't think any of mine are lol) so I hope you forgive the imperfections and enjoy it in all it's imperfect glory ;0) You can click on the photos for a larger view. Love Dawn xx

Happy Paint Party Friday! Adorable gaggle of kids you've got there! I have 4 rescue dogs. My blog is new, I'll have to go add them to my side bar. Great textures by the way!

Beautiful textures (and I like the way the letters are placed... a lot!)

p.s. I love your John Lennon piece a few posts down... those sound like really cool stamps (the Jim Morrison would definitely be a favorite for me too)!

I like the letters spaced unevenly. It makes it look done by hand, where if they were perfect they might look just printed on. I don't see it as an imperfection at all.

I really like this- the texture is fabUlous, and I agree that the letter's spacing makes it more organic; natural.
Happy PPF (a day late;))
