I am attempting to do a portrait, something I am not very good at all. However, I am following a free on line course. Jay is the guy who is doing the teaching on the free Video tutorial. His Blog Is full of cool things to see. Here is where it all starts with information etc. There will be two portrait's and this is where we got to on Pt1 of the vid. This is what I am attempting to do. I love this photograph full of interest and just look at those eyes I am going to be working on my eyes a lot more. Jay's of course looks fab already but I am hardly a person who has painted much in the way of portraits since school apart from the odd Whimsy girl. With the lovely Willowing who''s courses and ning group are fab BTW. Any way I am also going to enter this for PPF as I have finally done some painting. Looks good I know when I get stuck painting a portrait I turn it all upside down and play with it that way so you can focus more on the shapes and not what it is .. nose eyes etc look forward to seeing more :)
