WOYWW 46

Welcome fellow bloggers and this is my desk this week for WOYWW 46 I know, doesn't look like much going on here but it's all in the prep. How exciting about making something for the desk but having looked at mine and most of your I ask my self, Where is it going to go? lol. So on the desk you can see some material in a bag some 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 CS the yummy stamps from yesterdays post. If you saw Tuesdays post I said I wanted to use material more and so I have dug out this yummy bag of delights from my stash. I have also bought some glitter film (never used it and I want to play a bit with it today to see what I can actually do with it. and the reason this is all on my desk?

These beauties. you wouldn't of belived what they had in them or what they looked like before but they are painted and ready for the delights of what ever I can put in them. I am thinking of the small ones first. They are painted with a vintage pink matt paint. The large one is also painted with a vintage cream colour. These frames are the 3D ones, you know with a recess in them and even the stuff I took out (fabric flowers) may come in handy all bought from a charity shop for the grand sum of £2.75 and I hope to show you at a later date what I make with them all. But is begins today! I will be popping round at some point to look at yr desks too. Why is this WOYWW so popular? I think because it appeals to our general noseiness lol think thats why blogging is SO popular lol my love and best wishes to all of you I am also looking forward to seeing all your desk creations I have no idea where I am going to start! If you have come direct from Julia's blog please take a look at my new post above this honest it's worth a peak. Love Dawn xx

Edited..I have put text in bold as I have had a suggestion, this being that my blog (with the colours I choose) is hard to read. They have now given it the thumbs up as they can see much better now it's in bold. Hope you all like it too I do try to help my followers in any way I can and if that meens you can read my blog more comfortably I am happy too.

The frames look great and what a super idea - excellent gold star standard recycling there! You're obviously one of the lucky people who managed to pin down a Tim Holtz tattered florals die before everywhere in the universe was out of stock .....

This is why I love WOYWW - it's so inspiring - really look forward to seeing what you do with the frames - so far just the vintage paints transforms them! As for the WOYWWAC - soemthing to enhance your workspace - it doesn't have to sit on the desk!!

I can tell from this comment section that the bold text really does read better. You have a very organized desk with lots of projects going on. Will be interested to see what you put in those frames. They came out great. Sorry I'm late getting here. Hope you had a great WOYWW.
