2nd Post of the day & some more Challenges

Hello for the seccond time today, I have been doing lots of stuff maybe I should put less on the blog, but I do love to show you my efforts. Still Loving Paris! I have made this post card.So much work in this, and what fun it was to make. (got very messy) Some card stock used lots of DI and then stamped the Effel Tower then gessoed a script stamp. A photo by CI and altered it, same with the chip board, added it all together so this is entilted 'From Paris with Love' very yummy I do hope I get there this year (sighs!)

This chip board was sanded to an inch of it's life ;0) then crackle paint and emboss powder sprinkled on in places. You can see the texture here and I love how this turned out.

There is a very fine glitter all over this piece and consiquently it was all over me, the dog, cat and various other members of the family lol

On to a challenge, Gothic Arches the theme 'wild & wacky' well a guy with no body singing in a 'Gilded Cage' (this is the name I given this piece) notice the bird is free! well if that isn't wacky or wild I don't know what is lol. This is also being entered for The Three Muses which this week is 'Incognito' I do hope you like it.

This is white card stock, DI and then photo cut out and added, then gold EP and stamped carefully to make sure it looks like the man is safely inside! Then some more stamps in DI round the edges! I had real trouble thinking of something I can tell you!

Next is another challenge for Stampin' Sisters In Christ they are looking for peaceful this week. I think this brings peace, the colours and birds. I just fell in love with this card when it was finished! I think the papers are wonderful K&Co I have used them loads before (you get so many in a pad!) the stamps are indivually stamped with versafine and DI then Clear EP & heated. I have distressed all the edges.

You can see a few of the levels here and the texture I hope. Also the cute little butterflys all glittered.

Thought I would include a close up of the hand made flower, done with a circle scallop punch in the chosen paper then lots of stickles added and the punched leaves. I am sure you all know by now how to make these yummy flowers I have done a tutorial, July last year! you can find it Here If you want to have a look. I have just used three punched scallops instead on one!  then stuck them together, and of course a quick peak inside.

And finally a crafty delivery! going to be some Alice stamped creations floating around! I will be posting some candy for my blogaversary L8TA to day so stop by if you can so much going on in one day can you stand it? lol leave a comment. I love your comments and it gives me chance to visit yr blog too! However, if you haven't time why not give a quick click of the mouse on one of the boxes underneath the posts. Thanx for stoppin by and all your comments really keep me coming back to blog more (kind of addictive isn't it?) Love Dawn xx
